Reality is a ghost. It's like having a dream in which very familiar places and events from the past are dreamed deserted.
You remember all the participants in the event, but you don’t see them anymore. What really happened to you changes to an alternative version, where there is neither you nor witnesses

Theme
media: doc film photography
The project explores themes of memory, loss, and the perception of reality. Its central focus is on disappearance: lost spaces, forgotten histories, and the vanishing elements of our world.
The project documents places on the brink of erasure, such as a demolished amusement park and the war-torn city of Gagra in Abkhazia. Through analog photography and artistic techniques like blurred contours and a hazy atmosphere, Erased illustrates how the boundaries between the real, the remembered, and the imagined can dissolve, evoking profound emotional responses.
The core idea of the project is to archive what is disappearing while uncovering the processes of forgetting and the transformation of memory.
